Instructions:
* Start each day with 1 to 2 ounces of Ionix Supreme Supplement.
* Have a nutritious and filling Isalean Shake for breakfast
* Take your Men's or Women's Essentials for optimal health
* Take your Isagenix Antioxidants to protect your cells and help keep you young
* Enjoy one or two balanced meals of approximately 400-600 calories. Choose whole foods that are low in fat and high in fiber.
* Incorporate your daily exercise
* Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water each day
In addition, you will be cleansing at least two days each month by mixing 4 ounces (1/2 cup) of the Cleanse for Life Dietary
Supplement with 8 - 16 ounces of cold water, 4 times a day.
