If you know someone who wishes to enjoy the benefits of Isagenix products at wholesale prices, but does not want to take advantage
of becoming an Associate, he/she can enroll as one of your Preferred Customers. You can place them on one of
your teams for the same annual fee as an Associate.
What Fee does a Preferred Customer pay?
A Preferred Customer pays the same annual fee as an Associate.
What benefits does the Preferred Customer receive?
Preferred Customers are not able to participate in the compensation plan. They do not earn any income or accumulate any
Business Volume from personal orders or from their downline. They also do not have a replicated Web site from which to do
business.
What benefits do I receive as an Associate for enrolling Preferred Customers?
No. However, you do earn the Business Volume from their BV-eligible purchases. Should they choose to convert to Associate status
and remain Active, you would then be able to count them towards rank qualification.
What can I do if a Preferred Customer wishes to become an Associate after 24 months have passed since joining
Isagenix?
Your Preferred Customer can still become an Associate, but will not retain his/her original position in the Placement Tree. Their
original position would be suspended once having re-entered into the Placement Tree at the bottom of your organization.
How does the Preferred Customer Program work?

months of his/her Join Date. - You can enroll people who wish to try Isagenix products only, before providing personal information such as a Social Security
Number or date of birth.
